There will be a Dance/Social on the first and third Saturday each month at the Walton Grange Hall (Rt. 206) with a DJ from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Always free refreshments, meet old friends and make new ones, and all profit goes to charity.

Wayne County Fair

The Wayne County Fair will take place August 6 – 14. Please visit waynecountyfair.com for information regarding this year’s 148th Fair.

There will be a spaghetti and meatballs supper on Thursday, July 29 at the Starrucca Baptist social rooms. Serving begins at 5:00 p.m. A donation plus an item for the food pantry would be accepted. The public is welcome.

On August 29, at 2 p.m., there will be an inspirational concert of southern gospel music at an afternoon with Gospel Bond at the Cold Spring - Rileyville Presbyterian Church at 2491 Great Bend Turnpike, Honesdale, PA.
  Free refreshments will be available and a free will offering will be taken.

Fireman's Field Days

The Hancock Fire Department will hold its annual field Days on July 28 through July 31, at Fireman’s Park, Hancock.
   There will be food, games, refreshments, a Friday night parade, and fireworks. Support your local fire company by attending the Field Days.
